Why hello November, you sneaky little thing! Christmas has been on my mind for quite some time now. In fact, I have to get a move on! Decorating is only about 3 weeks away! I did pick up a few more things recently and I am looking forward to all the Christmas Open Houses this weekend and most of them have 15% or 20% off Christmas stuff!
I did go ahead and order my Christmas cards. I stayed up way to late playing and seeing which card worked best. It took forever but it was well worth it especially considering I got 26 cards for free, 25% off AND free shipping from shutterfly! What a great deal! I can't wait to see how they look like it person. (on a side note, yes I have had a nightmare that they came and were totally not what I had ordered....ha)
I was at Marshalls and saw this sign from a distance. I almost ran over there knocking people down so no one else would buy it (ok, ok not really) They also had a smaller sign with other words on it and now I am regretting not buying it...
Is it not just so perfect? I was so giddy reading all the words that describe Christmas!
I got these 2 tea towels from Kirklands for $5 each. Cute huh?
Drum roll please.... I have finally made my first purchase for my dining room plate wall. You can look at this post from way back in June! That is how long I have been looking for white dishes and platters for my plate wall in my dining room.
I got a total of 3 for $3. I really love the platter, it was exactly what I was looking for and for $2 I could not pass it up. I was questioning the small salad plate since it is so small but they basically threw it in for free so if I use it, great and if not, no big deal. I was just excited to find 3 plates in one store...I just need a few more and we are "cookin with grease" HA! Cheap art I tell you and I love the look of it!
